The Star-Spangled Banner became the United States National Anthem in 1931.  It is performed at countless public events, parades, sporting, and community events throughout our nation each day.  It is a song that every school band musician in the United States should learn how to play! This flexible arrangement provides THREE options for each instrument.  If you are playing SOLO, play Part 1 - Melody.  If you are playing with others in an ensemble of any size, each player should choose the part that fits their instrument and ensemble best.
